Procuritas has exited Swedish tyre services provider Däckia to Italian trade player Pirelli.
The transaction was valued at SEK 625m, according to Pirelli. Procuritas held a majority stake through Procuritas Capital Investors IV.

Procuritas previously owned Däckia between 1993 and 2004, after which it was exited to tyre manufacturer Goodyear.

Däckia, founded in 1965, provides tyre services to customers throughout Sweden. Based in Täby, Sweden, the company employs around 500 staff and generated a SEK 900m turnover in 2011.

Partners Björn Lindberg, Erik Fougner and Tomas Johansson worked on the deal for Procuritas. Pär Landberg is CEO of Däckia.
