New shareholder for Inversiones Ibersuizas
Reordo has acquired a 10% shareholding in Inversiones Ibersuizas following a Eur14.71m round of expansion capital. Further to the completion of this transaction, the shareholder structure of the private equity firm is as follows: minority shareholders 19.89%, UBS 19.5%, Banco Pastor 15%, Inversiones GB Balboa 13.4%, Reordo 10% and Inversiones San Felipe 9.21%. Reordo is owned by Dolores Ortega, the niece of the president of the Inditex fashion group (best known for its chain of Zara fashion outlets), Amancio Ortega.
