US and Spanish M&A boutiques form strategic alliance

Kidron Corporate Advisors LLC, a New York based M&A and corporate advisory boutique, and High Ground SL, a Madrid based M&A boutique serving the Spanish TMT market, have entered into an exclusive strategic alliance to jointly develop cross border M&A and corporate advisory opportunities for US and Spanish emerging growth technology companies. Under the agreement, High Ground and Kidron will cooperate on projects involving Spanish technology companies seeking to access or invest in the US markets and US companies seeking to access or invest in Spanish technology companies. The initial primary target of the joint effort will be to work with emerging growth companies with revenues between €5m and €100m that wish to seek M&A opportunities or investors in the US and UK markets.Kidron Corporate Advisors LLC specialises in cross-border emerging growth companies in the following markets: technology, media, healthcare and financial services. High Ground SL is a Madrid-based M&A and corporate finance advisor that focuses on TMT and specialises in both national as well as cross-border operations.
