Madrigal Participaciones

La Federación de Cajas de Castilla y León has set up a new firm which will comprise a venture arm. Madrigal Participaciones will be based in Valladolid and will invest in entrepreneurial and industrial projects of regional interest, which generate employment. The firm will invest both in the creation of new businesses and the development of existing ones, and has an initial capital of E12m. Madrigal will not invest in the real estate or financial sectors, and will have an investment committee of eight members.
