Inverasturias closes its first stage of investments
Inverasturias has closed its first stage of investments, having backed eight new companies in Gijón and Avilés. All the companies occupy innovative sectors and are managed by entrepreneurs with good academic and technical qualifications. Fund members include 'el Instituto de Desarrollo Económico de Asturias' (IDEPA); 'la Sociedad Estatal de Participaciones Industriales' (SEPI); the city councils of Gijón and Avilés; Hidrocantábrico, Cajastur and Baring Private Equity Partners España, which has managed the fund.
