Tejera and Bergel create Gala Capital Partners
The financial advisors Jaime Bergal, former president of Merril Lynch España, and Carlos Tejera, former advisor at Mckinsey, have set up a new private equity firm called Gala Capital Partners. The firm will have funds of E250m and has received backing from various families including Del Pino, Jové (founders of the property developer Fadesa), and Alicia Koplowitz.
