Industri Kapital

The Swedish private equity firm, Industri Kapital, has appointed Stefano Sirolli to head up the company’s Italian team. Sirolli, who will be based in Industri Kapital’s London office, will be responsible for finding new investment opportunities in the Italian market. He will also assist those portfolio companies looking to expand into Italy. Previously, Sirolli worked in M&A and deal origination within the corporate finance department of Morgan Stanley’s Milan office. From 1994-1998 he worked for the Italian Treasury on the privatisation of Telecom Italia.
