Lehman Brothers to hire six new bankers
Lehman Brothers is set to launch a new recruitment drive to improve its chances of winning big-ticket investment banking mandates. The firm plans to consolidate its recent success in Europe, by improving relations with regional corporates. Commenting on Lehman's plans to hire six new bankers, Benoit D'Angelin, head of European investment banking, said: 'We are aggressively looking for bankers who can transform our coverage of certain industries and countries'. Lehman Brothers intends to recruit bankers who have strong ties to UK, French and German companies.
