The international network of investment banking boutiques, Global M&A, has appointed a new chairman. The firm, which focuses on mid-market mergers and acquisitions, has elected Carlo Montenovesi to replace the outgoing chairman Neil Collen, co-founder of its Spanish member firm MAIN. Montenovesi is a senior partner at the Italian mid-market investment banking boutique Cross Border, which he founded in 1990.
