Parques Reunidos

Following its public-to-private takeover of the theme park operator Parques Reunidos, Advent International is reorganising the company’s management team. Advent’s Jaime Carvajal will be the president of Parques Reunidos, with Richard Golding as vice president and managing director, replacing José Manuel Bermejo. Christian Hoeldl Eigel will also be a managing director, whilst José Díaz also join the management team. The executive committee will be formed by Juan Díaz-Laviada, Luis Camilleri, Richard Golding and Carlos Soto. The company expects to de-list its shares within the next 60 days.
