Ibersuizas creates new printing group
The Madrid-based private equity firm Inversiones Ibersuizas has invested €25m in the creation of a new group of printing companies. The group will comprise Prisa, Prisaprint and the Spanish division of the British printer Polestar. Prisa and Prisaprint will each hold a 40% stake, with Ibersuizas controlling the remaining 20%. The turnover of the new group could reach more than €200m. Inversiones Ibersuizas counts Banco Pastor, Inversiones GB Balboa, Reordo and Inveralia amongst its shareholders, and recently led the €5m management buyout of the Murcia winery Bodegas y Viñedos Casa de la Ermita (August 2003, Page 18).
