Inversiones Ibersuizas plans for new investments
The Madrid-based private equity house Inversiones Ibersuizas has carried out a capital increase of E16.8m in order to finance new investments over the coming months. The firm issues 2.9m new shares with a face value of E3.09 and an issue premium of E2.69 per share. Inversiones Ibersuizas has a portfolio including the wine group Bodegas Casa de la Ermita, the printing firm Dédalo and Veo Televisión.
