
M-Capital creates Dima
The Malaga-based private equity firm M-Capital has teamed up with the Córdoba industrial corporation Grupo Cinco to form Desarrollos Industriales de Málaga (Dima). The objective of the new firm is to back industry in various areas of Malaga. Dima’s first project will be the two-phase construction of 44 units in the Parque Empresarial de Antequera business park, for a total investment of €7m. In addition, the firm is currently working on several industrial and real estate projects with the council of Malaga and various town halls. M-Capital will hold a 40% stake in Dima, with Grupo Cinco controlling 60%.
