M-Capital gears up for new investments
Malaga-based private equity firm M-Capital is to double its capital to €3.6m in order to finance new investments. M-Capital is currently assessing a range of investment opportunities, including factory outlets in the east of Andalusia. The firm is considering investing in one of the discount retail outlets which are about to be set up in the east of Andalusia, and is currently negotiating with Cadiz-based group Main Outlet. M-Capital is also interested in investing in vehicle rentals and in industrial complexes located in medium-sized towns in the Malaga region. The firm is planning to set aside €1.2m for new investments over the next year.
