Eneas Corporate Finance
The former PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance employees Germán Rovira and Juan Carlos Smith have set up Eneas Corporate Finance. The firm is planning to close around five transactions this year, focusing on deals above e50m, which should generate a success fee of e1m per deal. Eneas currently has eight mandates, and is in the very early stages of planning a business partnership with an undisclosed English bank. In addition, the company is planning to create a project finance division, as well as setting up its own fund which will enable it to co-invest by taking minority stakes.
