
Cofides and CII open $60m credit line
Compa?Ãa Española de Financiación del Desarrollo (Cofides) and Corporación Interamericana de Inversiones (CII) have finalised the opening of a new $60m credit line. The move is designed to co-finance Latin American small- to medium-sized businesses which have Spanish shareholders. The financing takes the form of a mid- to long-term loan of between $2m and $10m, with investments focusing on manufacturing, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, the agro-food sector and tourism.
