Portuguese company takes stake in Ibersuizas
The Portuguese group Imatosgil Investimentos has acquired a 10% stake in the Madrid-based private equity firm Inversiones Ibersuizas. The objective of the acquisition is to allow strengthen Ibersuizas’s ability to operate in the Portuguese-speaking market, as well as to build on the synergies between Imatosgil’s investments and those of Ibersuizas. Imatosgil Investimentos specialises in investments in the financial, real estate and plastics sectors.
