Venture Capitalists take an interest in Laurus

According to press reports, venture capitalists are carefully observing the Spanish operations of Dutch supermarket chain Laurus, which are being sold following losses in 2001. It is also said that domestic and international retailers have expressed an interest in Laurus’ Spanish divisions.
