MCH Iberian Capital Fund is likely to close on approximately E160m, E10m above its original target. The fund comprises two vehicles, a UK LP and a Spanish parallel vehicle. The formalisation of the Spanish closure will take place at the beginning of May, when more information concerning the investors will be available. The fund held its first closure at the end of 2004 on E137m.
