Granville Baird Private Equity
The Spanish division of Granville Baird Private Equity has decided to make no new investments in Spain. The firm has requested permission from the regulatory body CNMV (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores) and from its investors to cease investing the remaining 15m from its €30m which it currently has under management in Spain. This amount will be re-directed into investments in new technology-based companies based in Germany and the UK. However, Granville will retain the stakes which it has acquired in Spanish companies, as a result of its three deals in the country.
