Unimprende sets up business angel network
As part of the Universidad de Santiago's Unimprende business creation plan, the first business angel network has been created. Uniban seeks to connect entrepreneurs with a sound business plans with private investors who can donate time, experience and money. The network aims to stimulate the economy by creating and developing innovative technology-based businesses at seed or start-up stage, which stems from the university arena. Uniban's strategy centres around putting entrepreneurs who need cash to start up their businesses in touch with investors who can help them to develop their business plan.
