
GP Bullhound appoints Kindelán as head of Madrid office
Corporate finance house and investor GP Bullhound has appointed Miguel Kindelán as executive director and head of its Spanish office.
In his new role, Kindelán will be based in Madrid and will oversee the firm's activities in Spain and Portugal, as well as in Latin America.
Prior to joining GP Bullhound, Kindelán worked for Lazard from 1999 onwards, where he was a director and head of TMT for Iberia and advised on several cross-border deals in Europe, the US, Latin America, Africa and Asia, involving Spanish companies such as Telefónica, Abertis and Grupo ACS.
GP Bullhound, which opened its Madrid office in October 2017, has recently worked on two transactions in Spain: the sale of The Cocktail to WPP's Wunderman and the sale of Paradigma Digital to Indra. It has also invested in two Spanish startups, JobAndTalent and Wallapop.
Founded in 1999, the firm specialises in technology investments and has offices in London, San Francisco, Stockholm, Berlin, Manchester, Paris, Hong Kong, Madrid and New York.
