Corpfin's Duplex Elevación acquires parts of MP Ascensores
Corpfin Capital-backed Duplex Elevación has acquired parts of MP Ascensores' lift maintenance portfolio.
The deal sees Duplex Elevación acquire a significant part of MP's lift maintenance business in Spain, including twelve of its branches. In addition, MP has become Duplex's exclusive supplier.
MP, which has been advised on this transaction by Oquendo Corporate, will remain independent and will continue its domestic and international lift manufacturing, installation and maintenance business.
