NEO Capital backs Obiká
NEO Capital has acquired 52% of mozzarella bar chain Obiká for an undisclosed amount.
The capital will be used to accelerate the growth of the business.
Obiká opened its first shop in 2004. The food chain has a network of 18 restaurants in Rome, Milan, Florence, London, New York, Tokyo, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles and Istanbul. The company had a turnover of €20m in 2010.
