Maite Ballester is new Ascri President
Maite Ballester has been elected as president of the Spanish Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (Ascri).
The former vice-president, who had been acting as an interim replacement for Ramón Cerdeiras - who became president in April 2010 but recently resigned - was voted in at the trade body's last meeting of the year.
She will hold the post for the next two years, while José Tomás Moliner, CEO and senior partner at Inova Capital, will step into the vice-president role.
