
Atlante Private Equity announces first close
Intesa Sanpaolo has announced the first closing of the Atlante Private Equity fund on €150m.
The vehicle, which has a target of €250m, is being advised by 18 professionals currently involved in the management of regional funds.
Fabio Borsoi, the CEO of Intesa Sanpaolo's Imi Fondi Chiusi SGR, is the fund's main manager. His team includes Walter Comelli, the company's chief investment officer for northern Italy, and Antonio Finocchi Ghersi, head of central and southern Italy.
