Cantabria Capital invests in Softec-Internet
Cantabria Capital has invested in Softec-Internet, a Spanish firm which develops Cloud and Software as a Service (SaaS) technology solutions.
The investment was a strategic move on the part of the regional private equity firm, which had been seeking access to the Cloud technology market for some time. It was attracted to Softec in particular due to the perceived strength of its management team, which has continued to grow the company throughout the economic crisis.
Softec plans to expand both organically and via add-on acquisitions over the next few years.
