Investindustrial shows interest in TSC
Southern European mid-market specialist Investindustrial has expressed an interest in buying ambulance group TSC, according to sources.
The company, a subsidiary of Agrupació Mútua, has also attracted the attention of a consortium of ambulances which works in the public health sector in Catalonia.
Agrupació Mútua, which has received offers of between €60-80m for TSC, hopes to close the sales process by the end of November. The money raised will allow the firm to rebalance its accounts.
TSC currently commands 30% of the ambulance market in Spain. It has a turnover of €80m and employs 1,600 people.
