Portuguese VCs exit Altitude Software
Portuguese venture capital firms Inovcapital, Fogeca and FIEP have exited their stake in technology firm Altitude Software via a sale to investment funds IBI and BBVA.
Based in Lisbon, the company develops and commercialises software for call centres, WAP and internet applications.
The exiting investors entered into the share capital in March 2003 in a deal valued at £10.26m, to which Banco Santander also contributed.
