SES Iberia exits Neumáticos Andrés
SES Iberia Private Equity has exited Neumáticos Andrés via a management buy-back to original owners the Andrés family.
The private equity firm acquired a stake in the Salamanca-based tyre distributor from the family owners in 2006.
Company founder and CEO Eustaquio Andres will continue to manage the business along with his vice-president sons, Javier and Iván Andres as well as managing director Eduardo Salazar.
