Cognetas buys Arcaplanet from Credem
Cognetus has purchased Arcaplanet from Credem Private Equity in a deal which represents the private equity firm’s first investment for more than two years.
The transaction valued the speciality pet store chain - which is based in Genoa, Italy, and employs a staff of 230 - at more than €46m.
Cognetus Operating Partner Marco Jesi joins the company's board as Chairman.
