
Kiss acquires extra 2% of Renta Corporación
Kiss Capital Group has acquired an extra 2% of Spain’s Renta Corporación, bringing its total share capital in the listed company to 9.7%.
The private equity firm founded by Blas Herrero invested an additional €639,000 in the property business, which is currently valued at €3m.
Of the 665,846 new shares purchased, 300,000 were bought from Indian investor Ram Bhavnani. Kiss is now the second largest shareholder, after Kiss president Luis Hernández Cabanyes.
