AC Desarrollo-backed Geroresidencias-La Saleta acquires Secopsaleta
Geroresidencias-La Saleta, a portfolio company of AC Desarrollo, has acquired 100% of Secopsaleta, the business it co-founded in 2009.
La Saleta, as it is known in Valencia, purchased the 50% of the company it did not yet own from building firm Secopsa. Following the acquisition, La Saleta will be renamed Gerosaleta, although its business activity will remain the same.
Geroresidencias-La Saleta was founded in 1997 and has been backed by AC Desarrollo since 2007.
