Candover's Reunidos to run Faunia
According to reports, Candover-backed Parques Reunidos has agreed to manage the leisure park Faunia controlled by Caja Madrid (86.2%), in exchange for a EUR1m fee paid annually for the next 15 years. The agreement would also assist Parques Reunidos' intention of acquiring the totality of Faunia's shares in the future.
