
AXA PE invests €150m in KOS
AXA Private Equity is to invest €150m in KOS, the health services unit of Compagnie Industriali Riunite (CIR), increasing its stake in the firm to 47%.
The private equity group was drawn to the business by its growth over the past five years and its successful integration of acquisitions.
Founded in 2002, KOS employs 4,000 people and reported revenues of €239m for the first nine months of 2010.
