
Eversheds Italy hires new partner

Eversheds has appointed Marco Franzini as partner in the banking and private equity team.
He specialises in investment funds, M&A, private equity, corporate finance and restructuring.
Franzini joins from Simmons & Simmons, where he spent 15 years. In his most recent role, he was head of private equity for the firm's Italian practice. He is also a member of the firm's international board, and a member of Italian private equity and venture capital association Aifi, where he sits on the working group on buy-back financing.
Prior to Simmons & Simmons, Franzini spent eight years at Studio Legale De Berti & Jacchia as partner.
