Law firms form CBA Studio Legale e Tributario

The two law firms Camozzi & Bonissoni Verrenti & Associati and Studio Associato LCA have merged to form CBA Studio Legale e Tributario. The new law firm will provide corporate and tax advice with a particular focus on M&A, private equity, real estate, arbitration, sport and entertainment.

CBA will have offices in Milan, Rome, Padua and Venice, as well as Munich in Germany. The new entity will employ 125 people, including 45 partners.
