
Stirling Square in Microtecnica buyout
Stirling Square Capital Partners has bought aerospace component and sub-system manufacturer Microtecnica, n, from Hamilton Sundstrand, a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp, in a EUR100-125m deal.
The business plan includes the consolidation of existing relationships with Italian and European defence contractors while also pursuing further internationalisation of the company through the development of its core technology.
