Synergo sells Air Italy in management buy-back
Synergo has sold its 40% stake in Air Italy back to company manager Giuseppe Gentile for an estimated €11m.
Renowned lawyer Gianbenso Borgognoni Vimercati advised the transaction.
The private equity firm acquired its shares in September 2006, when it invested a reported €5m in the airline, which is headquartered in Milan.
