
Highgrowth and BCN Empren merge
Venture capital firms Highgrowth and BCN Empren have merged. The combined entity will henceforth trade under the name bcnHighgrowth. Both companies have been major players in the venture capital space since the beginning of 2000, targeting investments of between EUR300,000-2.5m in innovative companies.
Following the merger, the management company will have a team of ten employees, all with wide-ranging experience in venture capital. The company will have EUR50 million worth of assets under management.
