Arcano hires former RBS M&A exec

Arcano Capital has appointed Jorge Vasallo as partner in charge of corporate finance.

Vasallo joins from Royal Bank of Scotland, where he was in charge of mergers and acquisitions. He had been at RBS for only eight months following its acquisition of ABN Amro, where he had worked for seven years as head of corporate finance. He is an expert in the energy sector and has advised Iberdrola and Endesa on various transactions.
