
Arca Impresa makes 16% IRR
Arca Impresa has sold its stake in electronics company Cemp in a deal valued at EUR27m, generating a 16% IRR IRR and 2.2x money multiple for the vendor.
The purchaser is controlled by Indian industrial group ABG, backed by Indian private equity player Tano Capital. This was one of the first instances where private equity-backed players from emerging markets have ventured overseas in search of acquisitions. (Page 45).
