3i closes Memora deal
3i has wholly acquired funerary services firm Memora in a deal valued at EUR187m (equity) and an approximate enterprise value of EUR300m. The transaction was announced in Q3 this year.
Debt to support the deal was provided by a syndicate of 11 banks. A senior tranche was facilitated by Banesto, Bank of Ireland, BNP Paribas, Barclays, Caja Madrid, ING, Mizuho and Royal Bank of Scotland.
