
Eurazeo portfolio company raises €50m mezz
Eurazeo portfolio company Intercos has raised €50m of mezzanine financing to fund the beauty specialist's business plans from 2010-14.
The agreement gives the investment company the option of purchasing discounted equity in the firm by the end of the year.
Eurazeo already holds a 25.1% stake in Intercos through Euraleo, the private equity firm it manages in conjunction with Banca Leonardo.
