
PEP disembarks in Poland
Private Equity Partners (PEP) will begin operating in Poland with Private Equity Partners Polska, in co-operation with merchant banking boutique Miszerak & Associates. The main objective of PEP Polska will be to assist companies in which it has an equity stake in their development within the Polish region by providing, as equity partner, structured support for their expansion in a growing market.
PEP will also assist identify strategic and commercial partners, raise finance from commercial banks, and help with procedures leading to a possible listing at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. PEP Polska activities will initially be carried out by Miszerak & Associates.
