Invercaria and SEPIDES invest €2m in Futuna Blue
Invercaria, the investment vehicle of Junta de Andalucía, and Banesto Enisa Sepi Desarrollo, a private equity firm managed by Banesto and the Collosa group, have invested €2m in Futuna Blue.
Based in Cádiz, Spain, Futuna Blue represents the first farming centre in the world to produce red tuna on an industrial scale.
The company has previously received funding from Spain's Ministry of Environment, Rural and Marine Affairs (MARM), and the Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI).
