Morgan Stanley AIP raises $1.14bn fund

As this issue of Southern Europe unquote" was going to print, another large-cap fund announced a final close. Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners (AIP), the fund-of-funds division of Morgan Stanley Investment Management, closed its latest vehicle, Private Markets Fund IV, on $1.14bn.
