Clave Mayor exits Base Protection
Clave Mayor has realised its first exit from a non-Spanish business with the sale of Base Protection to Grupo Fegemu – another of its portfolio companies.
The investor acquired its 36% stake in Base Protection in 2007.
Clave Mayor also holds a 30% stake in Fegemu, which has in turn increased its share capital from 54% to 90%. The remaining 10% of the firm remains in the hands of founder Antonio Diterlizzi.
