Inter-Risco recoups 7.7x from TvTel sale

Inter-Risco has sold its 11% stake in cable operator TvTel to Portugal Telecom Multimedia (PTM) in a deal valued at Eur120m; reaping a 7.7x money multiple and 30% IRR. The deal is subject to the completion of the due diligence process.

In 2002, Inter-Risco invested Eur1.25m equity and Eur1m in shareholder loans alongside listed investor Cofina and Inovcapital as part of an expansion deal valued at approximately Eur6.3m. (Page 37).
