Ibersuizas backs Ice Cream Factory buyout
Spanish private equity firm Ibersuizas has purchased an 83% stake in Ice Cream Factory Comaker (ICFC), a private label ice cream manufacturer.
The company is based in Alzira, Valencia, and was founded in 2003. It expects to generate revenue of around €60m during 2010.
Existing ICFC chairman Guillermo Lamsfus retains a 17% share and will continue to chair the board.
